My low carb Granola with Honey, flaked Almonds and Coconut chips is made using steel cut oats which is less processed and also has a low GI* index for slower release of carbohydrates. 

I make sure there are at least 7 x 30g portions in each bag so you can build your own healthy low carb breakfast. I usually have mine with some Alpro yoghurt and a handful of Raspberries and Blueberries (I sometimes have this combo for a quick and easy lunch, tea or even as a dessert!) but you can have yours with milk or alternative milk or even just on its own.
