Made with a mix of nuts and seeds (what a surprise!!) and just 12g carbs per 30g portion.
Pumpkins Seeds’ Linseeds, Brazil, Almonds and Hazel nuts cooked with steel cut oats (for slow release carbs), a touch of Maple Syrup and Coconut Oil for your low carb breakfast.
I make sure there are at least 7 x 30g portions in each bag so you can build your own healthy low carb breakfast. I usually have mine with some Alpro Coconut yoghurt and a spoonful of a quick raspberry and chia jam (I sometimes have this combo for a quick and easy lunch, tea or even as a dessert!)but you can have yours with milk or alternative milk or even just on its own.
