Description

My low carb Not Cross Buns are making a comeback- but with a bit of a name change.

A much improved recipe, based on my low carb white rolls, with spices and a sprinkling of mixed fruit for that authentic taste and texture – and only 5.5 g carbs per bun with 10g fibre ( for comparison a similar supermarket hot cross bun would typically be 33g carbs and 3g fibre per 70g bun).

Delicious toasted or cold with butter for a bit of a low carb treat.
