Pizzas can be quick and easy meals, eaten hot or cold and a vehicle for lots of different toppings. However it’s the bases that normally contain all the carbs. But thats all changed…
I’ve been able to format my bread dough, hand rolling and shaping, to a decent sized (about 6 inches) individual low carb pizza bases that’s much higher in fibre 25.2g (so that’ll fill you up) and much lower in carbs (7.7g) than regular pizza bases from take-aways and supermarkets (usually around 1.1g fibre and 55g carbs) per 100g.
All you need to worry about is what toppings to have and then you can join in a movie night in, quick and easy low carb lunch or tea, hot or cold (or even the following day).
Each pack contain 2 bases.
